When I joined CrossFit La Crosse in 2018, I had never tried an Olympic lift before. Although I had always been active, I often struggled to stick with any exercise routine for more than a few weeks, frequently falling into the trap of the New Year’s resolutions that fizzled out. That all changed when I discovered CrossFit. The excitement of mastering new movements and the support from the coaches and community, quickly turned my routine into a passion. The transformation I’ve experienced—both physically and mentally—has been profound. Now, I’m excited to begin my journey as a coach, with the hope of sharing the strength and enthusiasm I’ve gained with others.
